Some common injuries sustained in auto accidents are acceleration/deceleration injury (whiplash), sprain/strains of the tissues such as ligaments/tendons/muscles, bone fractures, organ fractures (yes, organs can fracture!), internal bleeding, concussions, etc. Any of these conditions can lead to other symptoms or disorders, especially after the first 12-24hrs.
In many injuries, pain is the first symptom that goes away, leaving the patient believing they are back to normal, pre-injury status. However, bio mechanical injuries that remain untreated after the pain levels have regressed will not heal optimally, and leave way for later chronic injuries to plague the patient. It is important to restore normal ranges of motion and function to the injured tissue sites. Auto Accident Treatment

After the initial examination, RCR staff and doctor will treat you immediately to help decrease your pain levels with modalities such as Ice/E-Stim, Erchonia Percussion, Therapuetic light massage with MyoMed/Sombra treatment.
